It is similar to uprooting a firmly rooted plant - you can be salvaged but only if you proceed with deliberation & international care. Steps to take during your healing process: 1. Take inventory - figure out where you are at and where you want to go. Identify what is currently holding you back and then build a bridge to connect your two realities. 2. Terms & Conditions - Whether you agree or disagree to something, you are setting boundaries. Make sure you’re being intentional about your boundaries. 3. A new Mindset requires new actions - creating a new mindset is not a comfortable process. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. 4. Put your emotions into motion - your emotions will be running a thousand miles a minute, but the great thing about them is that they constantly move. Find an outlet to allow them to pass through easier.
